We are specialists in the residential market and our particular fields of expertise are in RICS Homebuyers and RICS Building Surveys, Party Walls and Health and Saftey related to CDM2015. The main areas we cover are: Bexley, Bromley, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Eltham, Orpington, Welling, Beckenham, Sevenoaks, Greenwich, Gravesend, Croydon and Lewisham. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We are also individual members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS), Pyramus and Thisbe Club (P&T) and the Association for Project Safety (APS).
